It's a New Dawn!
Tex in the City, LLC ("TITC") announced today that the Voting Members ruled to remove Meredith Lucio from her position as a Manager and Voting Member of TITC. The motion to expunge Lucio was carried with unanimous support. An additional motion to transfer TITC intellectual property into a newly formed parent company, Workshop Creations LLC, was also approved.
"We are excited about the changes in TITC management and thrilled that TITC will continue to operate as always," said Kambri Crews and Scott Ramsey, founding partners of TITC. "We will continue to promote fellow Texans in the City, produce our annual Oscar viewing party and pursue other creative and social networking projects."
